We are led by a group of GP Partners and CEO focused on excellent and sustainable patient care, through digital innovation and harnessing the skills of our multi-professional team. We are active members of our Neighbourhood Health teams, working closely with our partners in Secondary and Community Care, Mental Health and our Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise colleagues.
